Mission
My mission is split between stunt driving & post production. The mission for stunt driving is to make exciting looking driving while preserving safety for cast & crew. The mission for post production is to make your sequence into something you want to watch while still meeting your deadlines so that your post production process runs smoothly. Scripted, unscripted, montage, or if you just want some subtitles to add to your masterpiece, I’m your guy.
Goals
I love doing tasks that require a group of senses & skills to complete. Driving a car on the edge in just the right place for the cameras is using all of my skills, senses, & experience to keep the car on the right line & keep control so that everyone is safe. Editing is very similar where during an edit session, my brain and hands are working together with my technical skills to work the software to keep up with the mind of whoever is running the session. When I am editing alone, things have to match & the cuts have to feel seamless; the whole thing has to feel just right.
01.
–
To provide driving that looks exciting on camera but preserves safety. To provide editing that is seamless & paced as fast or as slow as desired
02.
–
To keep the atmosphere light & fun. Ideas flow out more easily & the content that we produce can be better with more ideas thrown at it
03.
–
To provide a professional experience where you get what you need and deadlines are met with ease.
04.
–
To make a product that you are proud of that conveys the right message to complement your story

History
I moved to Los Angeles 19 years ago from Ohio with the goal of being a stunt & precision driver. Of course, with lofty goals, smaller goals need to be set & met & after a lot of hard work, I was able to take my stunt classes, get my reel together, & do some scripted content to make my home post production workflows solid all while holding down a great job.
About that great job, I have to mention the engine that made everything possible which was my assistant editing with E!News. I worked there 10 happy years and with that stability I was able to work hard at a second job to make extra money to make extra things happen. I think it’s important to give a shout out to who helped me out and I would not be where I am today without the job I had with them. Big thanks to my family at E!News!
